In today’s world stress has become a common issue. Short term stress can be positive and offer us energy and focus to handle a task. However long-term or chronic stress is linked to many health challenges both physically and mentally. This class will cover five practical self-care habits that support us with stress reduction and build resilience in navigating life’s ups and down.
Katrin Fink, BA, NBC-HWC is a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is a breast cancer survivor and passionate about empowering and supporting cancer survivors as they heal and navigate their new life. Katrin offers wellness presentations and classes, co-leads survivors retreats, and facilitates group and individual health and wellness coaching sessions.
