Forest bathing is a nature connection experience inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku. These immersive experiences offer the chance to break away from the stress of daily life and to find healing and nourishment through intimate engagement with the beings with whom we share this Earth home.
This event will be led by Forest Bathing Guide Irene Bailey, Founder & Director of Temenos Rising.

Accessibility: Forest Bathing typically involves walking on dirt or gravel paths with some uneven terrain. We can accommodate different abilities so please reach out with any requests or questions about mobility.
