This session will help you unwind, release tension, and connect with a deep sense of relaxation. Whether you’re looking to de-stress or simply take a moment for yourself, this practice offers a peaceful space to restore and recharge.
The guide for this session, Lindsey Lee, is a longtime wellness instructor, LMT and certified nutrition coach with a background in iRest Yoga Nidra, dedicated to helping you find deeper relaxation and peace. This session will be held in English. Interpretation will not be available.
The meditation session will run approximately 45 minutes, allowing time to get settled, experience the practice, and chat afterward if you have any questions. For this session, you’ll want to have a couple of blankets and a couple of pillows, plus a comfortable place to recline, like an exercise mat or even a favorite reclining chair. An eye pillow may be used if desired.
