Join us with our amazing hostess Marian Adam, owner & chef at Frontier Public House as we create some delicious dishes to help us kick off summertime!
She has chosen recipes that will be easily made with early-season fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs. And as a warmer month, generally, we like to eat a bit lighter dishes and cold salads.
We selected an Asian menu theme that includes lots of citrus, ginger, and spices that can be utilized in a bunch of different ways.
On the menu for the evening we will be preparing the following dishes from Rebecca Katz and Mat Edelson’s book, The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen:
