Pink Lemonade Project shows holiday cheer with the Holiday Glow program. Holiday Glow is an annual giving program to assist breast cancer patients in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metropolitan areas to have the best possible holiday season. The 2024 Holiday Glow applications are now open. Use the form below to apply for the program.
Individuals may be eligible for Holiday Glow if they meet the following criteria:

- Have received breast cancer treatment anytime since November 2023. (i.e. surgery, chemotherapy, radiation). Chemotherapy may include antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), Her-2 targeted therapy, or immunotherapy. Patients with MBC are eligible for Holiday Glow and considered for their unique situation.
- Live or receive treatment in Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington County Oregon or Clark County, Washington.
- Experiencing financial hardship during the holiday season.
The application deadline is Monday, December 2, 2024, at 5pm.

Step 1: Provider must complete the application below.
Individuals are eligible for 2024 Holiday Glow if they Have received breast cancer treatment anytime since November 2023. (i.e. surgery, chemotherapy, radiation). Chemotherapy may include antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), Her-2 targeted therapy, or immunotherapy. Patients with MBC are eligible for Holiday Glow and considered for their unique situation. This application must be completed by a breast care provider (physician, social worker and/or nurse navigator). For consideration and review, a clinician’s name, phone number, and email is mandatory. Applicants and care providers may be contacted for more information if selected for Holiday Glow 2024.
**We will prioritize patients who have never received Holiday Glow funding from us. We do our best to provide financial aid to meet the greatest needs and help the most individuals.**
The application deadline is Monday, December 2, 2024, at 5pm.
Step 2: Patient must complete the Release of Information (ROI) form.
A completed Release of Information (ROI) Form is now required for enrollment in the Holiday Glow program. This form should be completed by the patient or their authorized representative (e.g., Guardian, Executor of Estate, Health Care Power of Attorney).
